MONTH OF ENLIGHTENMENT

Beloved–in-Christ, I greet you in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ. This June will be a significant month in your life. You will see greater spiritual & worldly blessings from this month. “Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field; For the open pastures are springing up, And the tree bears its fruit; The fig tree and the vine yield their strength” (Joel 2:22).

How to live for Jesus?

God’s Words are living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword (Heb 4:12). In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:1, 14). His Word is the light to our path means Jesus Himself is the light to our path. Jesus said “I am the light of the world” (John 8:12). It’s a great desire of God to make every one of His children to be like Jesus.  It’s up to us to make efforts to become like Jesus Christ our Lord. He is our perfect Master.  Jesus Himself quoted from the scriptures that a man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word of God. If you want to live a Holy life and follow Jesus throughout your life, you need to submit to the Word of God. That’s the reason why we see Jesus asking His disciples a question. “Do you also want to go away?”. Simon Peter replied immediately as usual. “Lord to whom shall we go? You have the Words of eternal life” (John 6:68 – 69). Jesus our Lord has got the Words of eternal life. And so He said whoever believes in Him shall have eternal life. So, let us take a decision not to come to Jesus for some temporary blessings alone but to inherit the eternal blessings as well. Do not follow the miracles &r blessings but follow Jesus who does miracles & gives spiritual, worldly and eternal blessings.  Have a great month of June.
